
1. How can I pay for a QuestForm account?
Payment can be made through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account you are still able to pay through them using a credit or debit card.
2. What browsers are compatible with QuestForm?
QuestForm has been successfully tested with the following browsers on a Windows Operating System: Explorer, Firefox.

3. How is a user able to fill in a survey?
There are three ways for a user to get to a survey:
a) Direct the user to the QuestForm site at www.questform.co.uk and instruct them to enter the username and password that you have created.
b) Use the provided link, which is located in the Launch Survey section of the administration screen.
c) If purchased you can use the email manager to invite respondents to take your survey.
4. How is a completed survey published so that users can respond?
Your survey has to be launched. In the My Surveys section click the Launch button of the survey you want to launch. Make the survey active and click the Save Changes button. Your respondents will now be able to fill in your survey.
5. How do you view the results?
You can view all your results in the Results section on the site.
6. Can each response be viewed separately?
Yes, in the results section click the View Surveys button. This will show you each completed response.
7. Is a standard Likert- type scale possible?
Yes. There is a Likert- type scale question type. You can also create matrix- type questions.
8. How do I know when users have completed my survey?
After you have logged in go to the 'results' section where there will be a count of respondents who have started and completed there is also a total count.
9. Why are some users' results all blank?
When a user logs into the survey and then logs out or closes the browser without finishing the survey the unanswered questions will remain blank.
10. Are respondents' results confidential?
Results are held on a secure server so only the customer will have access to them. While results are 100% confidential we reserve the right to view the data to check for any unlawful use, but we do not alter or reproduce any data. (See section 13 of the terms and conditions.)
11. When a user clicks on a link to my questionnaire it takes them to the login page. Why?
Cookies must be enabled on your browser. Please consult the help files for your particular version of browser to enable Cookies.
Before you start, identify the objectives of the survey. Think through what information you will need to know when the survey is complete

- Identify your audience, and how the questionnaire should be presented.
- Do you need to provide a motive for completing the questionnaire?
- Plan a structure to your questionnaire, split into sections and identify whether sections are optional.
- Write a clear introduction, explaining exactly what the survey is about, and what the correspondent needs to do.
- Declare the closing date of the questionnaire, and how the results will be used.
- Determine which questions should be asked, in what order, and in what format.
- Do you need to identify the correspondents in some way? If so, then do they need to enter a keyword?
- Do you need to give each user a unique username and password? Be sure you purchase the right package.
- Are any questions mandatory?
- If you have any questions, do email the support desk or lookup FAQs
- Produce a draft questionnaire, and try it out on a few people.
- Review feedback, update the questionnaire, remove test answers, then publish it.
- Double check that the trial results are what you need before you publish.
- Advertise the questionnaire. Many people find a personalised email with an embedded link produces best results.
- Monitor input, checking results as they come in.
- Produce statistics, and download results to a spreadsheet.
- Produce your report, and publish results.
